Alli has worked in the business support arena for over 20 years, helping organisations of all shapes and sizes to improve performance and achieve goals. She has helped many leaders and managers to develop their skills and confidence in managing and motivating people to achieve their potential. She brings a sound knowledge base of best practice approaches and techniques, delivered in an engaging and encouraging style. This ensures that people feel confident in putting these ideas into practice in their environment.

Her work typically includes strategic level review and planning, followed through with hands-on support for implementation. She offers clients an effective balance between the softer, people aspects of change management and organisational development, and the harder aspects of structure, process and information systems. She has a sympathetic, but challenging coaching style, engaging with owner managers, senior managers and new managers to develop their confidence and motivate them to achieve their potential.

Alli has strong strategic and operational management skills, with a foundation in quality management approaches, including ISO 9000 and the EFQM Excellence Model. She is a registered adviser and assessor for Investors in People. She is also MBA qualified and has been an Associate Lecturer with the Open University Business School.

She is a Member of both the Chartered Management Institute and the Institute of Consulting and is a SFEDI Accredited Business Adviser.
